How we work

From specification
to shipment.

Seven steps, four parties, one written specification holding it all together. This page shows exactly how an order moves — and who is responsible for what.

01Our sourcing model

Four parties.
Clear lines between them.

We are not a factory, and we don't pretend to be one. We are the sourcing partner between you and an independent manufacturer — accountable for the specification, the coordination and the communication.

02Don't take our word for it

See how we work.
Every step, before you commit.

We're a new company. We don't expect you to trust us blindly — so we show you each step of an order and what you'll see at it. Nothing here depends on taking a claim at face value.

03What you actually receive

You're not just buying towels.

A towel is the last thing that arrives. Before it, you get the documents and decisions that make the next order as predictable as the first.

  1. 01SpecificationA written document of every field that defines your towel.
  2. 02SampleA physical towel made to that specification.
  3. 03Approved standardThe sample you sign off becomes the production reference.
  4. 04BrandingLogo, labels and colours confirmed on the sample.
  5. 05PackagingPer-piece, bundle, carton or retail — as specified.
  6. 06Quality checkA pre-shipment check against your approved standard.
  7. 07Export documentsCommercial invoice, packing list and the documents your shipment requires.

04Make your next order easier

Your first order creates the standard for every order after it.

Once you approve a product, its specification is documented. A reorder references that document — product, weight, size, colour, construction, branding and packing — so nothing has to be re-described and nothing quietly changes.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers.

Are you a manufacturer?+

No. WeaveSources is a sourcing partner. Your towels are produced by independent manufacturing partners in Pakistan. We manage the specification, sampling, quality coordination and export on your behalf, and we tell you which partner makes your order.

Can I get a sample before ordering?+

Yes. Sampling is the first step for every new product. Sample costs and timing depend on the specification and are confirmed before anything is made.

What is your minimum order quantity?+

Minimums depend on the product, colour and branding. We confirm them when we review your brief, before you commit to anything.

Which certifications do you hold?+

Certifications in textiles are held by the manufacturer, not the sourcing company. We list only certificates we have verified, with the name of the partner who holds them. See Buyer Confidence for the current list.

Where do you ship?+

We are set up to work with buyers internationally. Shipping terms (Incoterms), freight and import requirements are agreed per order. We only list offices or representatives that actually exist.

How do you keep reorders consistent?+

Your approved sample and written specification become the reference. Production and pre-shipment checks are made against them, and reorders cite the same specification.

Can you put our logo on the towels?+

Branding options — embroidery, woven borders, labels, packaging — depend on the product and the partner. Every option is confirmed on the sample before production.

You're a new company. Why should we trust you?+

You shouldn't have to take our word for it. Start with a sample. See the specification. Speak to the person handling your order. Every step is designed so you can check our work before you commit.
